In Odisha, it’s most eaten with the main course like Rice, Dal, Sabji. The famous dishes where it’s used as the main ingredient are Badi Chura, Ghanta Tarkari (Mix Curry), Badi Saaga and some Non-Vegetarian dishes like Fish Curry.
