Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Ritikart, we are committed to delivering a seamless and satisfying shopping experience. This policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-centric, while ensuring operational efficiency.

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Refund on Cancellation:

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Nominal payment gateway charges and applicable taxes may be deducted.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may also be deducted.
  • Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
    • Order cancelled before shipment
    • Product is out of stock
    • Verified cases of damaged or defective items
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

We accept returns only in cases of damaged or defective products.

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Customer must provide unboxing video and/or clear photo evidence
  • Product must be unused and in original condition

Resolution Process:

  • Replacement will be initiated within 48 hours
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability
  • Product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • No valid proof (unboxing video/photos) is provided
  • Request is raised beyond the specified timeline
  • Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
  • Returns and refunds are not applicable once delivery is attempted
  • Customers are advised to accept delivery promptly
  • If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery at the time of receipt
  • If the outer packaging is visibly damaged:
    • Do not accept the delivery
    • Inform our support team immediately
  • If accepted, claims may not be entertained without proper proof

Ritikart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, product unavailability, payment issues, or logistic constraints. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
