ritikart.com is committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.

We have tied up with industry's leading couriers companies like DTDC, Xpressbees, Bluedart, DHL, India Post for national and international shipping and delivery.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges varies with each product and the zones. Currently delivery charges waived off for shipping above Rs. 999/ or 1499/ for Domestic orders depending upon delivery zones and above Rs.100,000 for International orders for all products except ethnic food products.For Ethnic food, shipping is calculated on weight basis.You can get the details during check out.This may change without any notice. We request you to kindly check the same during checkout .
How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units?
The shipping charge is specified separately for every product. For multiple products ordered the programme adds up the total of all individual shipping charges. Thus, a customer who orders three products is charged the total of all individual delivery charges associated with each product. Thus the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region. There will be an Extra Octroi charges for shipment to Maharashtra Region.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
At Ritikart, we try our best for a fast delivery of all the orders at our customer's doorstep. All orders are normally dispatched with 48-72 hours of receiving the orders. The transit time depends upon PIN Codes.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays or any other unforeseen circumstances. We request our customer's kind cooperation in this regard.

However unfortunately we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. You can cancel the order at any moment of time even if the delivery time exceeds the expected delivery time.
What if Non Receipt of Package Post Expected Delivery Date?
In the event of non-receipt of your product beyond expected delivery date , we request you to reach out to us mentioning your order id. We will follow up with our courier partners . This may take two to three weeks of time to settle your order .
What if the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91-8260045598 or email us at info@ritikart.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
How many Delivery Attempts will be made?
Our courier partners will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver the shipment(s) of our customers. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery of products in these attempts, we reserve the right to cancel the order(s) at our discretion.
What happened if Order Returned Undelivered?
For wrong address or if the consignee is not available while our courier partners are trying to deliver the consignment, the order Returns to Origin by the courier. We will cancel such orders once we receive the consignment back in the origin and refund will be initiated in after deducting the to and fro Shipping charges. However, for ethnic and regional food products, no refund will be issued for which delivery has been attempted and customer refuses to accept or nobody is available to receive the order.
Why is the CoD facility not offered in some location?
Availability of CoD depends on the ability of our courier partner servicing your location to accept cash as payment at the time of delivery. Our courier partners have limits on the cash amount payable on delivery depending on the destination and your order value might have exceeded this limit. Please enter your PIN code on the product page to check if CoD is available in your location.
Does ritikart.com deliver internationally?
Currently shipping is available to different locations of Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan ,Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States depending upon the PIN/ZIP coverage area of our courier partners. Do contact us in case you have a difficulty while placing your order.
Each Countries have different shipping charges for first item and subsequent additional items. Please mail/call us in case you have any questions or difficulties while placing your orders.
Shipping rates are calculated based on actual/volumetric weight, whichever is higher.
