All Orders placed after the said cutoff date will be dispatched on priority basis, but we cannot guarantee for the delivery on or before 7th of August, 2017.
- All Rakhi orders placed till 6th August to be delivered in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack are covered under "Next day Delivery".
- Please mention the billing and shipping address correctly. Following are the two scenarios for this
a) If both sender and receiver are same, the billing and shipping address should be same.
b) If both are different i.e. sender is you and receiver is your brother, the shipping address should be of your brother’s and the billing address would be yours.
Shipping:
1. For Free Shipping, customers need to put coupon code RAKHI2017 during check out and Rakhis will be sent by Registered post of India Post. For Express Shipping, customers need to pay Rs. 70 during check out. All Orders opted for Express Shipping will be shipped via Bluedart/FedEx Priority Services. In case not serviceable by Bluedart/Fedex priority, we will ship by Speed Post of India Post services which will take at least 7 to 8 business days’ time for delivery.
2. If the total order amount of Rakhees exceeds Rs.599, shipping is absolutely free and will be dispatched by Express Shipping only.
3. For Cities like Cuttack / Bhubaneswar, Next Day delivery available without any additional cost if ordered before 2PM.
4. We request our customers to mention Complete and Correct Address and Contact Number/s of the recipient while placing their valuable orders. Incomplete / Inaccurate address details would not be eligible for 100% Guaranteed Delivery.
