Her out standing contribution to Odia literature has won many State level and National level literary awards like Orissa Sahitya Akademi Award, Moortidevi Award by Bharatiya Jnanpith,Sarala Sammana award and many more. No valid proof (unboxing video/photos) is provided
Request is raised beyond the specified timeline
Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
Returns and refunds are not applicable once delivery is attempted
Customers are advised to accept delivery promptly
If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery at the time of receipt
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged:
Do not accept the delivery
Inform our support team immediately
If accepted, claims may not be entertained without proper proof
Ritikart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances,
product unavailability, payment issues, or logistic constraints.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
