Unfortunately, Prof. Das, who was a thalassemia patient from his childhood, succumbed to ill health untimely and this incident led to a considerable lapse of time. Finally, the English version saw the light of the day due to untiring effort of Bijay babu of B K Publications, Bhubaneswar. In this book, I have put-up some original and unadulterated incidents of my forest life for the first ten years (1975 - 1984).
