Cancellation, Refund & Replacement Policy

Orders can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refund on Cancellation:
Refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Nominal payment gateway charges and applicable taxes may be deducted.
Shipping charges (if applicable) may also be deducted.
Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:
Order cancelled before shipment
Product is out of stock
Verified cases of damaged or defective items
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
We accept returns only in cases of damaged or defective products.
Eligibility for Replacement:
Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Customer must provide unboxing video and/or clear photo evidence
Product must be unused and in original condition
Resolution Process:
Replacement will be initiated within 48 hours
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and availability
Product is used, altered, or damaged after delivery
No valid proof (unboxing video/photos) is provided
Request is raised beyond the specified timeline
Customer refuses delivery without valid reason
Returns and refunds are not applicable once delivery is attempted
Customers are advised to accept delivery promptly
If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery at the time of receipt
If the outer packaging is visibly damaged:
Do not accept the delivery
Inform our support team immediately
If accepted, claims may not be entertained without proper proof
Ritikart reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances,
product unavailability, payment issues, or logistic constraints.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
